Australian food, travel and lifestyle site Eat Live Escape launches print mag

Eat Live Escape (ELE), an Australian-based food, travel and lifestyle site, is launching its first biannual print edition in May.

The magazine will feature the best in travel, food and recipes, alongside lifestyle features, including beauty, fashion and home.

Founder and editor of ELE, Mia Cowling, said the product will be available in both print and digital forms.

“The goal for ELE has always been to provide high quality travel and lifestyle content free of charge to readers through our digital site eatliveescape.com. Our print magazine is a complement to this, for readers who still want to get their hands on a physical copy.

“The magazine will also be available digitally, allowing readers to choose how they receive our content and cater to our international audience,” said Cowling.

ELE’s production comes from a geographically diverse gig economy-based workforce, removing the need for a large office and allowing the title to tap into the best writers, contributors and talent from Australia and across the world, the publisher said.

Two more digital only publications are planned for later in the year, including a Sustainable Lifestyle and Wellness magazine, which the publisher hopes means it is “positioning itself to be the fastest online travel, food and lifestyle site in Australia”.

The new print issue will land on newsstands in May.
