Banjo Advertising’s founding creative partner Georgia Arnott joins AJF Partnership

The founding creative partner of Banjo Advertising, Georgia Arnott, has joined AJF Partnership as a creative director.

Also joining AJF Partnership as client partner is CHE Proximity’s client partner Bryce Coombe.

AJF’s new recruits Arnott and Coombe

The pair join AJF Partnership seven months after the Melbourne-based creative agency was acquired by a new digital conglomerate Trimantium GrowthOps.

Arnott founded Banjo Advertising in 2009 alongside Andrew Varasdi and Ben Lyttle following a three-year stint as a creative director at The Campaign Palace.

“The momentum behind both AJF, GrowthOps and their clients is incredible at the moment and I’m excited to work on some of the most iconic brands in the country with some of the nicest people in the country,” Arnott said in a statement.

Coombe joins the agency after holding positions at Clemenger BBDO as its managing director of Adelaide and group account director in Melbourne.

“The opportunity to be part of one of Australia’s most effective agencies during a time of growth and expansion with the other GrowthOps businesses was simply too good an opportunity to pass up,” Coombe added.

Andrew Fabbro, founding partner and business director at AJF Partnership, said in a statement: “Georgia brings a huge amount of experience and talent to AJF Partnership and GrowthOps.
She’s a proven creative leader on iconic Australian brands and has the business acumen to match.

“Bryce brings a passion for the power of creative problem solving and new ideas to business transformation and growth. His experience with data, tech, customer experience and disruptive content is a perfect fit with AJF and GrowthOps’ plans for the future.”

AJF Partnership’s clients include Holden, Officeworks, Lion, Coles Liquor, Dairy Farmers, Forty Winks, Target, and Goodyear Dunlop Tyres.
