Bauer Media launches new website for advertising partners

Bauer Media has launched a new website, baueradvertising.com.au, to help commercial partners advertise on the company’s properties.

The website, put together by Sydney independent agency Frank Digital, will showcase advertising products, case studies, a creative gallery, and demographic data for Bauer Media’s publications.

Fiorella Di Santo, director of sales at Bauer Media describe the new website as a “one stop destination” for current and potential advertisers.

Di Santo hopes the site can help advertisers connect their brands with Bauer’s audiences which will also include news, current sponsorship opportunities and advertising specifications.

“It showcases the creative thinking we bring to advertising briefs and how we execute across multiple platforms,” she added.

Matt Barbelli, founder and creative director at Frank Digital added: “Being the home of Australia’s most influential content, this was a unique opportunity to redesign and redefine the way agencies and clients alike engage with Bauer Advertising.

“With the end-users in mind we’ve simplified and consolidated the entire process from showcasing brands to finding ad-specs,” Barbelli said. 

The news comes as Bauer Media announces the appointment of Karen Holmes, as head of key accounts for NSW.

Holmes joins Bauer Media as NSW head of key accounts

Holmes joins the company from News Corp, where she led NSW customer solutions. She has also previously worked at Pacific Magazines, and DMG Radio.

Reporting directly into Di Santo, Holmes will lead account directors across luxury, retail, homes, FMCG, finance, travel, media, auto, and pharmaceutical.

Di Santo said of the appointment: “Karen is highly experienced in all aspects of sales and I’m delighted she is joining Bauer to lead our key accounts team and help create customers and grow the brands of some of our most important commercial partners.”

Holmes said she was excited to join the Bauer Media team.

“This is a wonderful new chapter for me and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the key accounts team and present dynamic and engaging cross platform opportunities to the market,” Holmes said.

She starts in the role on September 14.
