Bold Media has won new business from Adshel and Adconion, taking responsibility for their B2B media relations, content creation, communications strategy and planning.

The announcement:

Sydney based communications agency Bold Media has welcomed in the New Year with two significant client wins and a new positioning.

From January 2014 Bold Media will partner with both Adshel, Australia’s leading provider of advertiser funded street furniture solutions, and the Australian arm of leading cross channel digital advertising platform Adconion.

Bold Media will be responsible for B2B media relations, content creation, communications strategy and planning for both brands.

Founded in 2012 by ex News Digital Media Head of Corporate affairs Toby Hemming, Bold Media has repositioned itself as ‘Asia-Pacific’s only Dedicated Trade Communications Agency for the Media, Marketing and Advertising Industries.

Bold Media’s Director said that he was thrilled to add both Adshel and Adconion to their growing portfolio of media and advertising brands.

“In an increasingly connected world, a strong multi-platform communications approach is essential for brands like Adshel and Adconion looking to communicate through targeted media relations and content strategies,” he said.

“Having all worked at senior levels in media and marketing, the team at Bold Media are acutely aware of the need for a dedicated B2B communications resource for the industry.

“Bold Media’s aim is to help the region’s leading media and advertising brands make a real difference to their bottomline, and we are delighted with such a strong start to 2014,” he added.

Adshel’s Marketing Director Nicole McInnes said the team at Bold Media inherently understood their brand, current and upcoming business challenges.

“It’s gratifying to work with people who understand the complexities of our industry to plan and execute a strategic and commercial trade communications strategy,” she said.

Adonion’s APAC Managing Director Matt Hunt said Bold Media had presented a clear understanding of cross channel communication, reflecting Adconion’s overarching vision and focus for 2014.

“As we move into a period of unprecedented audience fragmentation in our industry, it is reassuring to have a businesspartner to help articulate Adconion’s vision for the future of the digital advertising world,” he added.
