Young has been at the agency since October 2014, having held her previous role since February 2019. Young has worked with clients such as Uniqlo, Dexus Group, Target and Michael Hill.

In the new role, Young will focus on growing iD Collective across Melbourne, Sydney and New Zealand.

Booth said: “Sarah is an integral part of the iD Collective family and has proven to be a hard-working and insightful leader and mentor across the Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland teams. We are incredibly excited to have her at the helm and can’t wait to see Sarah leverage her extensive experience and know-how as she continues to evolve and amplify the agency and team. Sarah’s promotion also enables me to get back into what I love, including finding creative solutions for brands in these challenging times.”

On the appointment, Young commented: “I feel extremely excited to be stepping into the role of Managing Director and leading our team. Working with our talented team across all three markets, I’m looking forward to leading, shaping and growing the agency in new and exciting directions, while showcasing all that iD has to offer.”

In terms of other staff changes, iD Collective added Joel Victoria from Hurtigruten as its brand evolution director in June this year.
