Born Bred Talent launches 2024 internship program in collaboration with AiMCO

Born Bred Talent has launched its 2024 Intern Program – a 12-week program designed to inspire future talent managers and educate the next generation.

The agency has partnered with the Australian Influencer Marketing Council (AiMCO) to offer a comprehensive experience.

Open to university students and recent graduates, Born Bred Talent’s professionals will provide education on client relations, contract negotiations, branding, marketing and digital strategy, through exclusive workshops and seminars, with hands-on experience guaranteed.

The program will also feature networking opportunities, allowing participants the chance to connect with industry leaders, influencers and professionals.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be badged as ‘Born Bred Certified’ – said to be a mark of excellence and expertise in talent management.

“Education and growth are key pillars of AiMCO for members and the wider industry,” said Patrick Whitnall, manager director at AiMCO.

“Supporting Born Bred Talent and its Intern Program ensures that the next generation of talent management is gaining a strong foundation of best practice, access to our key short courses and webinars, and inspiration from our award-winning brand and influencer case studies at the onset of their careers.”

The partnership with AiMCO will bring further expertise and resources to the 12-week program, ensuring participants learn an arrange of skills across social media and digital platforms for talent management success.
