Bosses of The Australian to discuss paper’s 50th anniversary at Mumbrella360
The editor-in-chief of News Corp’s national broadsheet The Australian is to make a rare public appearance at next month’s Mumbrella360 conference, reflecting on the publication’s forthcoming 50 year anniversary.
Chris Mitchell, who has led the title for more than a decade, will be joined on stage by The Australian’s CEO Nicholas Gray.

That should be interesting.
He can talk about how it has evolved from being a newspaper to nothing more than a boring predictable propaganda rag.
Mitchell in public! People will be surprised.
A lap of honour before it joins the Daily Mirror and Truth in the newspaper graveyard.
Can you please ask them when was the last time The Australian turned a profit?
If they dare to answer, please ask the follow up question:
“If The Australian does not make money, what exactly is it? A business or a point-of-view newsletter?”
