Brisbane agency Khemistry relinquishes branding to become GrowthOps

Brisbane-based agency Khemistry has rebranded to GrowthOps one year after Trimantium GrowthOps acquired the agency.

Trimantium GrowthOps – a digital business which made eight acquisitions before officially launching on the ASX – flagged it would retire the brand names so the organisation could trade as a single unit.

Khemistry is rebranding to GrowthOps

Paul Mansfield, who became GrowthOps’ CEO in May, said in a statement: “The company was formed when 15 entrepreneurs chose to merge their eight successful, specialist businesses to create a single execution partner to help our clients grow.

“Five of the original eight businesses have already rebranded, and we’re very pleased to take the next step today – as Khemistry rebrands – towards adopting a single brand for the company.

“It has always been our intention to move to a single brand and I’m very happy with how the team is realising this ambition, particularly with the level of coordination across our nine key hubs in six countries.”

Khemistry’s rebrand comes two months after Trimantium GrowthOps rebranded to GrowthOps, although the business will still trade as Trimantium GrowthOps.

AJF Partnership, which was another agency acquired by GrowthOps, is yet to change its name to GrowthOps.

Priscilla Jeha, general manager at GrowthOps, said in a statement: “We’ll still be the local agency our clients trust and know, just with the bolstered fire-power that comes from being part of an Asia-Pacific-wide group of innovation and communication professionals.

“We’re proud of the agency we have created, working across content, digital and creative, and now welcome the opportunity to be part of something bigger, where we can tackle more complex problems, working with larger brands, unlocking the potential for growth.”
