Cannes Lions Day 6: Cummins Nitro and The Hallway / Happy Soldiers on the titanium shortlist

Australia has two hopes on the shortlist for the biggest award of the Cannes advertising festival – the Titanium & Integrated Lions.

The Best Job in the World campaign, created for Tourism Queensland by Cummins Nitro which has already won an unprecendented three grand prix at the festival, is on the list.

The other Australian representative on the shortlist of 23 is the Zuji Beans campaign, created by Happy Soldiers and The Hallway, which has already won gold.

However, there is tough international competition on the list.

In New Zealand, Colenso BBDO’s Treehouse restaurant for the Yellow Pages phone directory is on the shortlist.

But potentially the biggest competition comes from the US where others on the list include: the Obama presidential campaign; the Burger King Facebook friends sacrifice by Crispin Porter Bogusky; and the T-Mobile dance by Saatchi & Saatchi London.
