Character + Distinction adds Anna Pienkos head of corporate communications

Communications company, Character + Distinction, has appointed Anna Pienkos as head of corporate communications.

Pienkos joins from Edelman in San Francisco where she spent two years as an account supervisor on financial communications. Over the course of her career, Pienkos has gained both client and agency-side experience, and worked with brands including Silver Lake, Bessemer Venture Partners, Ford Foundation, GIC, Schwab and JLL Spark.

Pienkos will be leveraging her experience in corporate communications to work across Character + Distinction’s clients, which include Culture Amp, Deliveroo, Luxury Escapes, Mercedes-Benz Vans, Up, MYOB, Powershop Australia and the City of Melbourne’s Melbourne Knowledge Week.

The agency has also announced the August appointment of Camilla King as senior communications consultant, who’s career has spanned Tailor Made Communications, Benefit Cosmetics and Saunders & Co PR.
