Coles hires Sujeet Rana as GM of customer experience and technology

Coles has added to its marketing team under chief marketing officer Lisa Ronson, with Sujeet Rana coming on board as general manager of customer experience and technology.

Rana has previously worked as general manager of customer technology at Woolies X, and will now be responsible for Coles’ digital customer experience.

Rana starts on 29 June

He will report to Ronson who said Rana will have an impact on consumers’ lives.

“I am very excited for Sujeet to join Coles. His extensive digital and customer experience knowledge and skills will be a fantastic addition to our marketing leadership team and will greatly help Coles inspire customers and help them live healthier and happier lives,” she said.

Rana – who currently works as chief digital officer at Built – said he’s looking forward to joining Coles at a time when the business is focusing on innovation.

“I am passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and am really excited to work with Lisa and the broader Coles team to deliver our strategy and inspire our customers,” he said.
