Crossmark restructures its executive team

Retail marketing services agency, Crossmark, has restructured its senior management.

Australia’s largest retail marketing services company CROSSMARK has announced a new structure for its executive team, with the addition of two Managing Directors for Australia and New Zealand.

CROSSMARK’S current Director of Client Service – Retail Marketing, Polly Yule will be appointed to the newly-created position of Managing Director for Australia. Talent 2 has been engaged to search for a New Zealand Managing Director.

Yule has more than 15 years experience in the retail marketing sector, and has been with CROSSMARK for 10 of those years. In her new role she will be responsible for driving innovation and service excellence in the delivery of retail solutions. Yule’s ongoing close liaison with CROSSMARK’s head office in the US, has shaped world’s best practice on line product knowledge training for some of the world’s leading retailers including 60,000 staff across Walgreens stores within the US through the Australian developed ‘Learn & Earn’ program.

The new structure will facilitate an improved flow of communication and innovation between and US, New Zealand, Canadian and Australian retailers and manufacturers to improve shopper experience and category sales across all retail channels in Australia.

Reporting in to Yule will be Directors of Client Service, David Pollock and Brendon Walker, as well as Business Manager of Retail Marketing Tom Herbert-Doyle. Yule’s appointment is effective from March 1.

Yule and the new New Zealand Managing Director will report to Asia-Pacific CEO Kevin Moore.

Key members of the executive team at CROSSMARK are Chief Financial Officer David Murray, Director Human Resources, People & Culture Hilary Lamb, Director of Field Operations Andy Kirk and Director of Business Development Jason Bentley.
