Customer experience agency Kalido has become the first Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platinum Partner in the Asia Pacific Region.
Customer experience firm Kalido has been recognised as the only Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platinum Partner in the Asia Pacific Region due to its superior approach to customer data design and platform implementation.
Kalido has continued to expand its certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud team and expertise over the past eight years to leverage the growing popularity of the data-driven marketing platform.
Kalido’s Chief Experience Officer, James Bennett, said, “Kalido’s new Platinum status is a testament to our approach in how we use Salesforce Marketing Cloud for our clients.”
“We have an outcomes-based approach that goes beyond the available technology. It’s about partnering with our clients to use the platform to better deliver experiences that ultimately drives engagement and revenue throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle.”
“We also have the largest team of certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud developers and consultants in the APAC region. Some of the clients we are working with to use the platform include Crown Resorts, Tigerair, L’Oreal, AXA, Foxtel and Cotton On,” added Mr Bennett.
In addition to being named a Platinum Partner, Kalido has also been invited to join the coveted Salesforce Partner Advisory Council that provide input on the development of the partner ecosystem and go to market strategies.
“Every two years six partners are selected to be on the panel. We are one of only two partners outside of North America to be chosen. It’s a huge honour and really cements us as the leading Salesforce global Marketing Cloud Partner in the APAC region,” said Mr Bennett.
Established in the early 2000s, Kalido continues to grow and expand its offerings. Its services encompass all aspects of customer experience, including analytics, marketing automation, web and mobile platform development and creative content.
As a Salesforce Platinum Partner, Kalido will be exhibiting its services at the Salesforce World Tour at The International Convention Centre in Sydney on Tuesday, 21 March, 2017.
