Celebrating Braithwaite’s induction into the 31 st Annual ARIA Awards Hall of Fame, the one hour ARIA special will see Braithwaite reflect on his music career and how he felt to be inducted for a second time.

Daryl Braithwaite said, “Being inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame is an honour and I was quite chuffed when they told me about it. I am really excited about speaking with the fans on smoothfm about the ARIAs and also a little about I guess, the history of me.”

With a career spanning over 50 years, Braithwaite has become one of Australia’s most successful pop singers having received over 12x Platinum awards for his two albums ‘Edge’ and ‘Rise’, as well as his massive hit single ‘The Horses’ which remains an Australian favourite. Braithwaite released his latest album, ‘Days Go By’, last Friday November 24, a collection of his definitive greatest hits including ‘Rise’, ‘One Summer’, ‘As the Days Go By’ and fan favourite ‘The Horses’ as well as four brand new songs exclusive to the album.
