Dulux-owned B&D Group has appointed DDB Melbourne to its digital account

Under its new remit DDB Melbourne will be managing the brand’s SEO, user experience and website content.

B&D group marketing and innovation director, Therese Winterburn said she was impressed with DDB’s short-term and long-term solutions.

“We appointed DDB as our digital partner to help implement a stronger and more visible presence for the brand – across a raft of channels. We came to them with a very clear brief and were impressed with their response around both the short- and long-term focus for the brand,” she said.

DDB Melbourne managing director Kate Sterling said in a statement: “We are thrilled to be partnering with B&D to help drive a more seamless and intuitive customer experience across their range of products. It’s an exciting time for the brand (and us) as they continue to aggressively grow and evolve their offering.”

The win follows last year’s agency restructure led by group managing director Sterling, who was appointed to the role in 2017.
