DDB Sydney has bolstered its creative team with six new hires, following a year of new business wins.

The latest additions to DDB Sydney’s creative team

This year, DDB Sydney has brought on creative accounts for Netflix, LinkedIn and Johnson & Johnson, and expanded its remit with McDonald’s to include digital and social.

The McDonald’s expansion also led the agency to build out its social team under the leadership of Alex Watts. New hires Ryan Greves and Madelene McGuinness have joined the agency as a junior social team.

Chief creative officer, Tara Ford, welcomed the new hires to the agency.

“We are thrilled to have these amazing humans joining us. What they bring in talent and energy will add brilliantly to the momentum of the agency,” she said.

Prior to their time at The Monkeys, Leamore began her career at RAPP in London, while O’Neill spent time at Barnes, Catmur & Friends Dentsu in New Zealand.

Davies and Seaborn first came together at CHE Proximity in 2018, and have spent the last year freelancing.

McGuinness joins after almost three years at UMM. Greves was a copywriter at Turning Leaf.
