Dialogue shares lates client wins and resigning

Dialogue has gained Nautilus Estate and Sydney Zoo as clients. It has also retained Hyatt Regency Sydney as a client.
The announcement:
Independent agency Dialogue continues to build its strong drinks, hospitality and tourism credentials, welcoming Sydney Zoo and Nautilus Estate to its client roster as well as re-signing luxury hotel Hyatt Regency Sydney as a retained, long-term partner.
Coming onboard as the agency’s latest retained client, Sydney Zoo has partnered with Dialogue to build awareness and visitation to its Western Sydney parklands, home to over 4,000 animals including endangered species from all around the world. As part of the agency’s remit, Dialogue will help Sydney Zoo cement its positioning as the premier family-first wildlife destination in Sydney – during school holidays and beyond. The retainer program will focus on creating buzz and talkability around the Zoo’s seasonal events and new arrivals as well as managing an ‘always on’ press office and famil/hosting program for media.
Additionally, Dialogue welcomes family-owned, New Zealand winery, Nautilus Estate into the fold. The first campaign off the rank is to mark the 40th anniversary for the Marlborough-based winery.
A celebratory PR campaign highlighting the foodfriendly philosophy of Nautilus’ wines will include an intimate trade and media tasting experience in partnership with QT Sydney, along with a wider media relations campaign and limited-time consumer promotion to drive further recognition of the New Zealand brand.
Following two years of measurable success, Hyatt Regency Sydney continues its partnership with Dialogue to drive awareness and bookings across the hotel and its collection of dining destinations: Zephyr Sky Bar, Sailmaker Restaurant and Jackalberry Bar + Restaurant.
Dialogue will continue to manage Hyatt’s ‘always-on’ PR strategy, influencer and media familiarisation programs, in addition to the hotel’s launch events and brand collaborations. Recent standout activations include premium spirit brand pop-ups at Zephyr Sky Bar, an indulgent Nutella-Lovers High Tea at Sailmaker, and the launch of a dedicated Kids’ Concierge service that drove family bookings during Easter and Winter school holidays.
“These partnerships represent more than new business – they are a validation of Dialogue’s extensive expertise in drinks, hospitality and destination marketing,” said Kate Bradley, managing director and founder of Dialogue.
“From celebrating milestone anniversaries with established wineries to driving family visitation for premier wildlife destinations, these wins reflect our strategic thinking and our ability to deliver campaigns that create genuine impact.”
Dialogue’s growing client list includes Acer, Posca Hydrate, Marnong Estate, Taylors Wines, Fourth Wave Wines, Ferrero Group, Legrand/HPM, Liveheats, Fackelmann Housewares, Duxton Vineyards and Humpty Doo Barramundi.
