Ray White and Rick Barry bring Hollywood to property marketing
Ray White has partnered with independent creative agency Rick Barry to help sell a family home in the Sydney suburb of Cronulla, enlisting the help of an A-list Australian actor.
The announcement:
Ray White and independent creative agency Rick Barry have taken real estate marketing to cinematic new heights in a Hollywood-style property film created to help sell a Cronulla family home. The team enlisted Hollywood screen legend Richard Roxburgh (Mission: Impossible 2, Van Helsing, Rake) to co-star alongside the home’s listing agent, Ray White’s Tiffany Perez (in her debut role) and turn an everyday listing into a filmic spectacle packed with stunts and eye-popping views.
Shot by award-winning director Nash Edgerton and produced by Collider, No.33 The Movie sees Perez parachute into the opening frame in high heels before taking audiences on a guided tour of the beachside home. Roxburgh plays a potential buyer who’ll do whatever it takes to spend a little more time inside, sneaking and dashing through its rooms before leaping off a second-story balcony into the pool.
Owned by a firefighter and a flight attendant, the Cronulla property is scheduled to go to auction on November 29. The film can be viewed on the property’s listing page and is being supported by a PR and social campaign.
The idea underpins Ray White’s brand platform, ‘we bring the whole team’ and was developed to showcase its new technology, NurtureCloud, which connects data from millions of property searches to help agents identify the right buyers and deliver a more personalised experience for customers. The property was selected by NurtureCloud insights, which showed what Australians are searching for in a home in 2025.
Todd Alexander, Head of Marketing at Ray White, said: “We brought the whole team together, from our agents, to marketing, to the Hollywood production crew to create the most epic property film ever made. With NurtureCloud, we’re able to give every vendor that same star treatment by making the whole journey more transparent and seamless. This campaign brings that promise to life and shows what happens when creativity, teamwork and a touch of Hollywood come together.”
The two-day production brought together a 60-person crew made up of some of Australia’s best film industry staff, stunt people and VFX artists who have worked on films such as The Matrix, Star Wars and The Fall Guy, bringing cinematic scale to a real estate listing like never before.
Alex Derwin, Co-Founder of Rick Barry, said: “As an agency we build bespoke teams for every project, and this one was an absolute cracker of a team. Big shout out to our multi-talented creatives, producers, film-makers, and earned media specialists who pulled this off. Nash, Michelle and Collider pulled out all the stops. And huge kudos to Ray White, who really did bring the whole team to this project – including our amazing real estate agent, actress and stuntwoman Tiffany Perez – she really did put it all on the line for her vendors.”
