FBI TALENT CO. announces winning team for its LAUNCH program

M&C Saatchi Australia’ s Jake Rowland and Daniel Borghesi won FBI TALENT CO.’s first LAUNCH program with their work ‘Snore Credit’.

The announcement:

Winning $10,000 in prize money and places in this year’s global LIAisons virtual coaching program, Daniel & Jake’s entry, titled ‘Snore Credit’, was selected as the overall winner.

It’s been a rewarding few weeks for the team, with Daniel & Jake also winning a trip to Cannes as part of the Young Lions competition.

“To take out the inaugural LAUNCH comp is something we’re both super proud of. These kinds of initiatives are invaluable for young talent, and more importantly, it’s nice to still be considered young – even though we’re both on the wrong side of 25. We can’t wait to get stuck into the LIAisons programme, learn from the best, and spend all of our prize money in Cannes (probably on an entrée)” said Daniel & Jake.

Zoe Perrin & Riana McKenzie from Clemenger BBDO Melbourne were highlighted as the runner-up duo, for their ‘Rest Redemption’ submission.

The Creative Team brief for FortyWinks was provided by Akcelo, who partnered with FBI TALENT CO. for this first chapter of LAUNCH.

“With a world-class Jury and a great body of entries, Dan & Jake’s thinking stood out, so a massive congratulations to them, as well as runners-up Zoe & Riana and the other finalists. I also want to acknowledge and thank all the other teams who put in the time and effort to enter their ideas.” added Michael Kean, CEO at FBI TALENT CO.

The entry deadline for the Student Team brief (for Tinder, provided by Akcelo) is midnight tonight (Friday April 26th). The winning team will secure a 3 month paid internship with Akcelo in their Sydney or Melbourne office.
