Five by Five Global partners with Gather to deliver new benchmark survey

Five by Five Global has partnered with global marketing platform Gather to provide a new benchmark survey for marketers.

The announcement:

Independent agency Five by Five Global has partnered with market leading peer-to-peer marketing platform, Gather, to provide a benchmark survey for customer referral programmes.

The survey aims to help data focused marketers benchmark their growth strategies against industry counterparts. Participants will receive growth orientated results that answer questions around how effectively their business grows through word-of-mouth compared to their competitors.

“We’re inviting brand managers and marketers to contribute anonymously to this first-of-its-kind study,” said Iz El-Bahnasy, Gather CEO based in New Zealand. “When it comes to analysing customer acquisition costs, revenue contribution and the impact these programs have on loyalty, the big question clients want to know is how well their performance stacks up relative to the market,” he adds.

Referral programs are popular ways for brands to grow, with incentivising word-of-mouth becoming a cornerstone of always-on campaigning for many marketers.

Matt Lawton, of Five by Five, comments: “This research will help established brands and startups in particular, understand the value in peer to peer referral programs and how their own efforts compare to others in their category. It’s one thing to show how your key acquisition metrics for growth are improving, but quite another to demonstrate to your investors or C-Suite that you’re in the top 10% globally.”

The survey will run until February 29 2024, and participants will remain anonymous and receive a copy of the findings. It can be accessed at https://hq.gathercustomers.com/marketing-surveys
