Football Federation of Australia seeks media and creative agency

The Australian governing body of soccer, futsal and beach soccer, Football Federation of Australia, is currently pitching both its creative and media accounts, Mumbrella can reveal.

Enero Group’s BMF has worked with the body for the past eight years and recently launched FFA’s ‘You’ve Got to Have a Team’ campaign.

Mediacom is currently FFA’s media agency of record.

Mumbrella understands the pitch process is in its final stages and an announcement should be made in the coming month.

Jessica Laycock, general manager of marketing and fan engagement, said in a statement to Mumbrella: “FFA are in the process of a creative and media agency pitch, and will be making a decision on the appointed agency this month.

“We have received some high quality, professional proposals, and are confident the appointed agency will work with us to create compelling campaigns for our products.

“With the Hyundai A-League 2018 Grand Final this weekend, the men’s FIFA World Cup in June, the men’s Asian Cup in January, and the women’s FIFA World Cup in June 2019, we have a lot to look forward to. We are excited to work with a new agency and will announce the appointment in due course.”
