Former Curtin University CMO launches new podcast Lean Mean Marketing Teams

Ty Hayes, managing director of Growth Generators, has launched a new podcast called ‘Lean Mean Marketing Teams With Ty Hayes’.

Ty Hayes, Managing Director of Growth Generators, a consultancy firm that helps CMOs design and build modern marketing teams that drive growth, has launched a new podcast. Lean Mean Marketing Teams with Ty Hayes, a podcast about how to create a high performing marketing teams features interviews with leading CMOs, authors and experts. Topics include leadership, agile marketing, team performance, work design and marketing transformation and the show is geared toward CMOs, Marketing Directors and Marketing Managers.

The most recent episode features Lotte Spencer, Global Director of Consumer Product Marketing at Spotify. The first interview episode featured #1CMO in Australia in the 2020 CMO50 rankings, Leisa Bacon from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and was a masterclass in what it takes to drive marketing team transformation to compete with giants like Netflix and Spotify.
