“Danny has a unique skillset combining editorial with commerce, which is crucial in taking us to the next level.”

Allen said he was excited to bring the mix of editorial and commerce to Finder.

“As managing editor and publisher of Gizmodo, Lifehacker and Kotaku – then Head of Product also across Business Insider and POPSUGAR – I’ve been fortunate enough to help pioneer Allure Media’s native editorial, content-to-commerce and syndication partnerships over the last six years.

“I’m excited to bring that mix to finder, which shares my guiding belief that great things happen commercially when you respect, inform and inspire your audience.”
