Greenroom Digital and CSM launch direct-to-consumer marketing platform

Melbourne-based digital agency Greenroom Digital has launched Greenroom Connect, a new performance marketing platform aimed at assisting clients achieve commercial growth from audiences in sport and entertainment.

Greenroom Connect has launched in partnership with CSM Sport & Entertainment, and drives real-time communications through technology and accelerated data connectivity.

Greenroom Digital and CSM first partnered in 2018 to develop digital and data-led strategy to activate partnerships through sales.

Greenroom Digital said the direct-to-consumer platform has been launched to enhance the digital and data capabilities agency, to provide a genuine point of difference in the combined offering.

The new Greenroom Connect product aims to provide a better understanding of target audiences and the ability to automate segmentation, ensuring the client message is communicated at the right time.

Greenroom Digital co-founder and CEO Nick Biggin said the new platform will allow the agency to access “huge untapped opportunity” for partnerships using data-led performance marketing.

“What was missing in the industry was a cost-effective platform that accelerated commercial returns for both brands and sporting organisations,” he said.

The platform will sit alongside Greenroom’s suite of fan engagement products, focused on data acquisition and deeper audience insights.
