Hatched lands media duties for Who Gives a Crap
Eco-friendly toilet paper brand Who Gives a Crap has appointed independent media agency Hatched to handle its media strategy, planning, and buying.
The appointment comes as the B Corp certified brand prepares to step up its global marketing activities and expand into new markets, with the continued rollout of work across connected TV, out-of-home, social, and retail media.
Hatched joins the agency roster alongside recently appointed Eleven PR, which is supported via an integrated agency model by TBWA Melbourne, who will consult the agency on strategy, creative, and content, while Sustain by TBWA will advise from an environmental specialist perspective.
Who Gives A Crap director of media and digital marketing, Amanda Parker, said: “Hatched impressed us with a creative approach to media planning and buying from day dot. This, paired with a focus on impact-driving work, made them the perfect partner for us.”
Hatched managing partner, Catherine Edghill, added: “Hatched prides itself on being an agent of positive change. It’s a cracking day when we join forces with a brand that is all about making a difference. We love a values match! We couldn’t be more proud to bring our craft to the table, or rather the toilet, for Who Gives A Crap. We’re all in to help them uncrap the world.”
This marks the second major win for Hatched’s Sydney office, following the agency’s appointment as online bookstore Booktopia’s first ever media agency earlier this month.
