Hatched wins boozy media account

Indie media agency Hatched has been appointed by Brown Family Wine Group for its media strategy, planning and buying, following a competitive pitch.

The agency will have a focus on supporting and growing the company’s e-commerce presence, as well as building a retail media strategy that leverage affiliate business partnerships through retail media assets.

Brown Family Wine Group has appointed Hatched

Adrian Roeling, managing partner of Hatched, said the agency is excited to work on a long-term partnership with Brown Family Wine Group.

“It’s an absolute pleasure to find clients whose values align to those of our business and Brown Family Wine Group is one of those clients,” he said. “At Hatched, we deeply value long-term, enduring partnerships. We believe they deliver the best results and are vital to the commitment required for building brands.”

The Brown Family Wine Group brand list includes Brown Brothers, Devil’s Corner, Innocent Bystander, Tamar Ridge and Pirie.

The family-owned company, which is over 130 years old, was drawn to Hatched due to the alignment of their values.

Ben Dixon, Brown Family Wine Group marketing manager, said: “Family is at the heart of everything we do and Hatched has a similar culture within its business.

“That, coupled with a proven track record in growing a portfolio of brands, make for an ideal foundation for a long-term partnership.”

The agency recently won the full media account for plumbing and bathroom supplies business, Reece Group, as well as bedding retailer Forty Winks. The agency’s other clients include Open Universities Australia, Kennards Hire and Vision Super.
