House Rules continues recovery

Seven’s home renovation show House Rules has continued to improve on its poor first week performance.

Last night the show attracted 954,000 viewers, up from 784,000 on Tuesday of last week.

It followed yesterday’s 1.036m which was up from 808,000 the same time a week before.

However, Nine’s renovation show The Block still has a clear lead, rating 1.196m last night.

Meanwhile, Seven’s family drama Packed To the Rafters was the top non-news show of the night, rating 1.255m.

Nine’s Celebrity Apprentice went backwards in the ratings last night, with the challenge part of the show rating 812,000 and the boardroom showdown 754,000.

Seven won the night while Nine still leads for the week.

In the morning battle, Seven’s Sunrise (389,000) beat Nine’s Today (324,000) while The Morning Show (172,000) beat Mornings (120,000).
