Hoyts release facebook ticket booking app
Hoyts Cinema have released a new application on facebook called Social Tix.
The app allows Hoyts facebook fans to buy tickets and reserve seats, plus create an event and invite friends to join.
Within the app you can:
browse your local cinema and session times
Select a film
Create a wishlist of upcoming movies
Create an event
Select and reserve seats for friends
Pay for your ticket, and invite friends to pay for theirs.
In a statement, Anthony Thiessen, Marketing Director said, “Going to the movies has always been a fun and sociable experience and we believe the Social Tix application will take this to a whole other level. At the click of a button you can buy tickets, invite friends and share it all online; providing a unique, interactive and convenient experience like never before.”
