Icon Agency appoints Georgina Rees to lead brand, creative and communications
Icon Agency has appointed Georgina Rees to executive director for brand, creative and communications.

Icon Agency (ICON) has announced a key leadership promotion as part of its continued strategic evolution, reinforcing its integrated model and strengthening its national footprint.
Georgina Rees has been appointed to the newly expanded role of executive director, brand, creative and communications. The role unifies leadership across ICON’s brand, creative and communications functions, in recognition of the increasing interconnection of these disciplines in a rapidly shifting communications landscape.
Georgina brings extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and will guide ICON’s specialists under a single strategic vision. Her appointment further embeds ICON’s interdisciplinary model, unifies practice areas, and strengthens the agency’s market positioning.

In her new role, Georgina will be responsible for ICON’s national market positioning, strengthening cross-team collaboration to deliver integrated, channel-agnostic solutions, and fostering a unified, inclusive culture that supports specialist talent. She will also serve as a senior advisor to clients, act as a visible ambassador for the agency, and play a key role in driving strategic new business growth.
