IKEA releases meat and plant ball-scented reward card via CHEP

IKEA has introduced the BallerCard, a reward card for its top 250 customers, available by invitation only.

All the recipients are given a year’s complimentary supply of IKEA’s Swedish meat, chicken, veggie or plant balls. Upon opening the delivery box containing the card, the customer will be greeted with the herby scent of Swedish meatballs or plant balls in the air.

Jessamine Avila, country marketing manager, IKEA Australia said: “The BallerCard is an opportunity for us to surprise and delight our most engaged IKEA Family members by giving them a taste of IKEA all year round.”

CHEP ECD Justin Ruben said: “When we say ‘exclusive’, we mean it. The BallerCards are extremely limited and a wonderful way to show our IKEA Family members how important they are and, of course, make them feel like ballers.”
