Hotglue has been named as the official Australian digital partner for Garnier, part of the L’Oréal Group.

Hotglue’s team

Co-founder and head of digital at Hotglue, Nick Smith, said: “It’s a real honour to be appointed to the Garnier business, after a competitive pitch process. The Garnier brand is one of the most well known in Australia, and to have the opportunity to build on this awareness through all aspects of digital marketing is very exciting and a testament to our team’s growing expertise in the beauty industry.”

Garnier marketing director, Jane Hanger, said: “Hotglue stood out in the pitch process for their integrated and agile approach across digital, creative, data and in-house production capability. We’re thrilled to partner with Hotglue to help accelerate the awareness and engagement of the Garnier brand in Australia.”

Smith added: “Since being appointed as the digital agency to the Lancôme business in 2015, our relationship with the L’Oréal Group has grown significantly as their digital & social requirements have expanded. We’re now proud to partner with brands such as La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, IT Cosmetics, SkinCeuticals and Kiehl’s among others, and this latest appointment represents our first in the Consumer Products Division.”
