Industry’s top marketing science thinkers to judge MSiX Awards

A jury of eight of the industry’s top marketing science thinkers are set to judge the MSiX Awards, which celebrates media professionals who are closing the gap between marketing sciences and real world applications.

The MSiX Awards will be assessed by: The Monkeys chief strategy officer, Fabio Buresti; Cummins & Partners chief innovation officer, Kirsty Muddle; Pollinate CEO Howard Parry-Husbands; Dentsu Aegis group strategy director – government, Eaon Pritchard; QUT lecturer in advertising, Nicolas Pontes; Brainjuicer managing director, Ed Harrison; Commonwealth Bank executive manager of behavioural economics, William Mailer; and Direction First managing director, Erica van Lieven.msix-jury

Entries for the awards are still open. All advertisers, agencies, media and research categories are invited to submit one or more campaigns into the seven categories, with a Grand Prix also up for grabs.

The categories include:

  • Creativity Powered by Science
  • Shopper Behaviour
  • Student Thinker of the Year
  • Best Insight
  • Best Use of Behavioural Economics
  • Best Use of Clever Data
  • Best Use of Neuroscience

Winners of the 2016 MSiX Awards will be honoured at a gala ceremony at the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney – directly following the MSiX conference, on November 24.

The awards have been curated by Adam Ferrier, Cummins & Partners’ global strategy officer and author of the book ‘The Advertising Effect: How To Change Behaviour’.
