Innocean boosts creative department with three new partnerships
Advertising agency Innocean has built up its creative department with the hire of several new creatives, forming three new creative partnerships.
The hires – Yanni Pounartzis, Matt Cramp, Rua Perston and Tim Brothers – had all been freelancing at the agency before accepting permanent roles as part of a new creative structure.
Yanni Pounartzis, formerly a senior copywriter at Saatchi and Saatchi Sydney where he worked on the Toyota account amongst others, will partner with existing Innocean staffer, senior art director Mike Lind.
Rua Perston worked on Toyota and Lexus at Saatchi and Saatchi as a senior art director and joins up with senior copywriter from The Workshop Matt Cramp. Tim Brothers was previously associate creative director at TBWA in Abu Dhabi and will team up with Innocean art director Lyndal Kearney.
The most recent work from Innocean was the “Break Free’ campaign for foundation client Hyundai.
Says Lambert, “As we celebrate our fourth year in business here in Australia, we have challenged ourselves to take our work, growth and business strength to the next level, and these guys will help us achieve this. Their experience, talent and hunger will be not only invaluable to the Agency, but also a great benefit for both our existing clients and the impending new ones”.
this agency is the best kept secret in Sydney. they’ve done excellent work and the sales success they’ve produced for Hyundai and Kia are really impressive

It seems like there’s a spot for Hyundai or Kia in every ad break – and they are all creatively unique and entertaining. Well done guys.
They’ve certainly produced some lovely work, but I can’t help but sigh a little when I hear about the “impending new clients”. Again. And again.
