Instagram rolls out democracy sausage sticker ahead of Australian federal election

Instagram is rolling out election-themed stickers – including a democracy sausage – ahead of Australia going to the polls on Saturday.

The announcement:

Instagram is launching a new way to share your democracy sausage this weekend, with new election-themed products announced for the Australian community. In collaboration with award-winning artist Tony Albert, Instagram has created four new election-themed stickers to use in Instagram Stories, to celebrate the voting process in Australia. Instagram is also launching an interactive new Story called “Aus Votes”, which will highlight posts from people you follow who use these new stickers in the lead-up to the election.
