Jo Wiles named executive editor of Woman’s Day

ACP has appointed Jo Wiles as executive editor of Woman’s Day. Wiles takes on the role on June 20 after 14 years as deputy editor of The Australian Women’s Weekly.

The announcement:

Australia’s leading magazine group, ACP, today announced Jo Wiles as the new Executive Editor of Woman’s Day magazine after 14 years as Deputy Editor of The Australian Women’s Weekly.

Announcing the appointment, Phil Scott, Managing Director of ACP Magazines, said: “I’m delighted with Jo’s decision to join Woman’s Day. She has an outstanding reputation in the mass women’s market and brings with her a wealth of experience on both The Australian Women’s Weekly and previously on Woman’s Day under Nene King’s editorship.  She has edited all 14 editions of The Australian Women’s Health Diary, which has raised more than $7 million for the Breast Cancer Institute of Australia.
