Cheil Australia is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Account Manager to join our Client Services team. Sitting at the centre of large-scale digital projects and campaigns, you’ll ensure work moves smoothly between clients, creative, digital, and production teams — and that everything we deliver is on brief, on time, and of exceptional quality.

What You’ll Do
Act as the day-to-day contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring delivery excellence.
Manage large digital projects end-to-end — website updates, social campaigns, content production, CRM/email activity and more.
Coordinate internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, production) to deliver integrated, multi-channel work.
Review creative and production outputs to ensure they meet the brief, technical requirements, and quality standards.
Own scopes, timelines, budgets, approvals and status documents with precision and accountability.
Work closely with the Account Director on forecasting, resourcing and digital channel optimisation.
Lead weekly WIP meetings and champion strong workflow management.
Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
Contribute to reporting, insights, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
What You’ll Bring
3–5+ years’ experience in digital account management within an agency or marketing environment.
Proven experience managing complex, high-volume accounts with multiple stakeholders.
A strong understanding of digital ecosystems — websites, CRM, social, paid media and content production workflows.
Working knowledge of creative and production processes across digital and integrated campaigns.
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Jira, Asana).
Ability to manage budgets, timelines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive with a solutions-first mindset.
