The Role

As Customer Insights Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping research design, managing diverse projects, and delivering insightful analyses that underpin client decisions. This mid-level position offers a blend of research expertise, project management, and analytical work, including marketing mix modelling and customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans, ensuring budgets and timelines are met (approximately 10% of your time)
Executing the full lifecycle of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including questionnaire and discussion guide development, supplier coordination, troubleshooting, and client communication (40%)
Conduct data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and visualisation, delivering findings that relate directly to clients’ business needs (40%)
Attend (potential) client meetings (10%)

About You

Whether you have just finished University or have been working for quite a while, we’re keen to see your application!
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in market or social research methodology
Experience with managing market research projects
Understanding of marketing, psychology, or related disciplines
Experience with survey programming and proficient with data analysis tools such as Excel, Q, DisplayR or SPSS
Experience executing qualitative and quantitative research, including data analysis and reporting, moderating focus groups and conducting in-depth interviews
Great written and verbal communication with a marketing orientation
Collaborative, innovative, and passionate about delivering quality outcomes
Comfortable working in a small team environment and providing client advisory support
Eager to learn
