Senior Graphic Designer
I’m partnering with a leading healthcare communications agency seeking a talented Design Lead / Senior Graphic Designer to join its Sydney team.
If you’re someone who loves taking the creative reins, shaping visual direction, and ensuring everything that leaves the studio is top-tier, this could be your next big move.
In this role, you’ll be the creative gatekeeper — leading projects from concept to completion across both print and digital. You’ll guide a small but mighty design team, collaborate with client service and production, and bring strategic, beautifully executed healthcare campaigns to life.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading the creative direction for brand and campaign materials
Mentoring designers and maintaining high design standards
Managing the delivery of assets across print and digital channels
Working closely with internal teams and clients to bring ideas to life
Overseeing final artwork and ensuring quality output every time
What we’re looking for:
5+ years’ design experience (agency)
Strong portfolio spanning print and digital
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Great eye for typography, layout, and detail
Experience working in healthcare or pharma is essential
