The Opportunity:
– Responsible for creating engaging live video content for marketing and sales purposes, leveraging your skills in live selling to captivate and persuade audiences in real time
– Strong project management, organisational skills, and attention to detail are essential to ensure that all campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively
– Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversion
– Oversee the daily management of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
– Conceptualise, film, and edit high-quality video content for platforms such as TikTok, social media channels, websites, and internal communication
– Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to craft video content strategies that align with business objectives and captivate target audience
– Create detailed and compelling storyboards and scripts for video projects, ensuring all content is on-brand and resonates with viewers
– Utilise advanced editing software to assemble footage, incorporating music, sound effects, and graphics to elevate the overall visual and auditory experience
– Develop and tailor content specifically for TikTok, optimising for the platform’s unique format and audience preferences
– Ensure all video and social media content consistently reflects Amplify’s brand identity and aligns with marketing goals
– Manage video projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
You:
– Live in Sydney & have full working rights
– Able to work 4-8 weeks
– 3-5 years experience in a Social Producer role (not film/ TV)
– A proven track record in social media management, video production, and content development, who can think creatively, work independently, and lead a team to success
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is ideal
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency or entertainment production environment
– Proven experience in video production, including filming and editing
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
– Expertise in creating and editing TikTok content
Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
– Excellent project management and organisational abilities
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail
– Experience with social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making
– Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
– Familiarity with media sales, sponsorship, and influencer marketing is a plus
