KFC, HotelsCombined, Youfoodz and named as partners of Married at First Sight

Nine’s Married at First Sight has announced its commercial partners for 2018 which includes KFC, HotelsCombined, Youfoodz and

HotelsCombined is returning as a commercial partner for the second year in a row and will supply the honeymoons and weekends away for the couples. The hotel marketplace will also run new Married at First Sight-inspired ads. is set to launch a Married at First Sight highlights section on Nine’s The Fix to cover behind-the-scenes gossip as part of its partnership with the program.

Meanwhile KFC, Youfoodz and hairdressing chain Maurice Meade will have billboard placements around the program.

Married at First Sight premiered its fifth season last night attracting 912,000 metro viewers, up from last year’s first episode which pulled 820,000.

Michael Stephenson, Nine’s chief sales officer, said in a statement: “Together with our great commercial partners, we have been able to build on the foundation established in last year’s super-sized show and grow and evolve exciting new opportunities for brands.

“Married is a proven performer not only on television but also on social and on broadcast video on demand (BVOD) where we expect 9Now to again break records, as viewers tune to Nine’s linear and digital platforms.”
