Kym Pfitzner joins Six O’Clock Advisory as non executive chairperson
PR firm Six O’Clock Advisory has appointed Kym Pfitzner as its non executive chairperson.
Before holding advisory roles, Pfitzner was the head of mergers and acquisitions at Dentsu Aegis in Singapore and the COO and CEO of the network in China for three years.
Siobhan Koopmans, Six O’Clock Advisory, said in a statement: “Approaching three years in business in the Australian market, and having enjoyed a sustained period of growth, the appointment of an experienced and credentialled non-executive chair is a natural evolution of the business as we look to take things to the next level.
“After a wide search, Jim (Stiliadis), Patrick (O’Beirne) and I found ourselves gravitating towards someone we’d crossed paths with before. Kym shares similar personal and professional values and is a highly-respected, clear-thinking and connected industry leader.”
Pfitzner said he is looking forward to driving new opportunities for the agency.
“I’ve been following Six O’Clock Advisory’s success over recent years and it’s a tremendous opportunity to be coming into a firm that is very much on the rise,” Pfitzner added.
