Brat Summer comes down under: Laneway Festival 2025 line-up revealed

The highly anticipated line-up for the 2025 St Jerome’s Laneway Festival has dropped.

Bringing ‘brat summer’ down under, Charli xcx will return to Australia and New Zealand to perform exclusively at the festival. In celebration of the pop culture icon’s arrival, a number of national landmarks will turn ‘brat green’ for the next few days.

Joining Charli xcx includes British pop-rock singer Beabadoobee, Laneway alumni Clairo, and one of the biggest names in UK dance – BICEP.

Alt-pop singer Remi Wolf and dance floor expert Barry Can’t Swim will also perform. Australia’s very own surf-rock legends Skeggs also join the line-up as they enter a new era with a fresh album dropping later this month.

A third of the 2025 line-up will tour Australia for the very first time, including British singer Olivia Dean, NYC-based Fcukers, and UK dubstep DJ Hamdi.

“This has to be my favourite Laneway lineup we’ve ever put together – I’m such a fangirl of all of these artists,” said Ruby Miles, programming coordinator at Laneway Festival.

“Having Charli xcx as our headliner is a dream come true, but the lineup’s depth from gates open until gates close will make Laneway 2025 so special.”

The Trans-Tasman festival will kick off at Auckland’s Western Springs on February 6, then Brisbane Showgrounds on February 8, Sydney Showground on February 9, Melbourne’s Flemington Park on February 14, and Adelaide’s Bonython Park on February 15. It’s final stop will be Perth’s Wellington Square on February 16.

Confirmed sponsors of the 2025 tour including Afterpay, Jameson, and KMC Academy.

Laneway has also partnered once again with ABC’s triple j, Destination NSW and the NSW Government, and the City of Perth.

Ticket pre-sale launches on October 15 at 10am, with general sale on October 16 at 10am.
