Here’s a roundup of a few of the new ads you might have noticed on TV recently.

Toyota is pushing its new-look Camry with an ad which sees two parents “battle” it out with coping with children, preparing dinner and laundry. Labelling these parents as the “everyday hero” Toyota positions the new Camry as the car for them. It was created by Saatchi & Saatchi.

RAC WA is pushing its RAC Little Legends Club in an animated TV spot which aims to help kids get “road safe ready”. JWT Perth is RAC WA’s creative agency of record.

Mazda is pushing its BT-50 as “the only ute you need”. The ad features a variety of men using the truck in a variety of different ways, from towing a trailer filled with dirt bikes, to a dad using the nav-man and a family navigating off-road. CHE Proximity is Mazda’s creative agency of record.

Health insurer NIB is urging people under 31 to sign up to avoid the lifetime health cover loading. The 80s throwback spot shows what life was like in 1984, the year those turning 31 this year were born. Saatchi & Saatchi is NIB’s creative agency of record.

iSelect is also focusing on people turning 31, urging them to get health insurance. This spot catches Mr iSelect watching a goat singing Taylor Swift YouTube video. AJF Partnership Melbourne is iSelect’s creative agency of record.

Dove‘s latest ad is an odd to the “dear armpit”. A variety of women talk about the damage done to an armpit through shaving and waxing, in an effort to promote the beauty brand’s deodorants.

Nissan is pushing its NP300 Navara in a spot which sees the ute help out a truck who somehow manages to drop a heavy load. Whybin\TBWA is Nissan’s creative agency of record.
