Lavender awarded Ikea work

Ikea has appointed Lavender to handle its loyalty program.  

The announcement:

Lavender has been appointed by IKEA to launch and run its loyalty program IKEA FAMILY.

Will Lavender said “We pitched a brand expression through retail and digital” he went on to say “IKEA asked for brand, direct and digital in one – with an emphasis on technical systems – and that’s us to a ‘T’.”

IKEA FAMILY Manager, Mark Channing said “Lavender created an idea that will see our programme through from member accrual to assessment in a creative and highly engaging way. We’re proud to announce we’ll be launching IKEA FAMILY in August this year.”

Lavender* was created in 1997 by Will Lavender.  Over the past 13 years the agency has grown to over 90 full time staff.  Will Lavender said “The agency is built around three core disciplines; design, advertising and digital. We solve problems by placing the customer at the heart of everything we do. Our current clients include Westpac, BT, Microsoft, Luxottica and Brown-Forman.”
