Lettuce celebrate! MasterChef tops entertainment; Nine wins Monday

MasterChef on Ten won entertainment on Monday, however, it was Nine that celebrated an overall network share win.  

The episode aired to an average of 624,000 metro viewers, however, it was Have You Been Paying Attention? which won all three key advertising demos. 

Next in entertainment was Have You Been Paying Attention? on Ten which pulled in 598,000 metro viewers, followed by The Chase Australia on Seven with a metro audience of 586,000 viewers.

Australian Story on ABC was next grabbing 513,000 metro viewers, while Nine’s Hot Seat brought in an average metro audience of 482,000.

Home and Away on Seven brought in 484,000 metro viewers, while Celebrity Apprentice on Nine saw an average of 467,000 metro viewers. 

In the latest Daily Consolidated Total TV Report for 27 June, Seven News was the top program nationally across linear, with 1.585 million viewers, including 41,000 on BVOD, and uplift of 3%. The program with the greatest uplift in the top 20 programs was 9-1-1 Lonestar on Seven with an uplift of 63%, watched by 402,000 total TV viewers, and 52,000 on BVOD.

Seven News was the #1 metro program on Monday with 1.031 million metro viewers, followed by Seven News at 6:30 with 998,000 metro viewers. Nine News was next with 938,000 metro viewers, and Nine News at 6:30 with 887,000 viewers.

A Current Affair brought in 688,000 metro viewers, ABC news saw 667,000 tune in, and ABC’s 7:30 News had 593,000 viewers in all five major capital cities. 

As mentioned, in overall network share for Monday, Nine won the night with a 31.3% network share streaking ahead of Seven’s 23.4%, Ten finished with a 21.1% share, while ABC had a 16.7% share.
