Liquorland’s largest Flybuys competition starts today

Liquorland has begun its largest ever Flybuys competition, with 20 million points available to win.

Liquorland is giving customers the chance to become a Flybuys millionaire thanks to the launch of the retailer’s biggest ever Flybuys competition. The competition offers thousands of members the chance to win a share of 20 million Flybuys bonus points valued at $100,000 Flybuys dollars.

Flybuys shoppers will automatically go in the running to win one of more than 3,000 prizes simply by spending $20 on liquor in-store or online at Liquorland or Coles Online and scanning their Flybuys card from today 1 March until 11 April 2023(*1).

First Prize (x1): 5,000,000 Flybuys bonus points valued at $25,000 Flybuys dollars(*2)

Second Prize (x1): 2,000,000 Flybuys bonus points valued at $10,000 Flybuys dollars

Third Prize (x5): 200,000 Flybuys bonus points valued at $1,000 Flybuys dollars

Fourth Prize (x3000): 4,000 Flybuys bonus points valued at $20 Flybuys dollars

Coles Liquor general manager of customer loyalty Mia Lloyd said with more than a third of Australians hoping to save money, the competition is aimed to help customers with rising cost-of-living pressures by rewarding them for their purchases(*3).

“We are very excited to launch Liquorland’s biggest ever Flybuys competition and offer our customers a chance to win their share of 20 million Flybuys bonus points, worth a huge $100,000 Flybuys dollars,” said Mia.

“Simply spend $20 on liquor in-store or online, scan your Flybuys card before 11 April and go in the running to win one of 3,000 prizes,” she said.

“The top prize is valued at $25,000 Flybuys dollars which equates to about a year’s worth of groceries for one lucky customer at a time when Aussie families need it most,” added Mia.

Flybuys CEO Anna Lee said: “This competition offers an amazing prize pool to our Flybuys members and is just one of the ways we’re rewarding them for simply scanning their Flybuys card in store or online.

“Cost-of-living pressures still remain, and we couldn’t be prouder to continue to find new ways to reward our valued members. This Liquorland competition does just that – with one lucky member winning a prize valued at $25,000. Happy shopping!” said Anna.

The competition will run from 1 March to 11 April 2023, with the winners drawn on 1 May 2023(*4).

In addition to entering the competition, Liquorland shoppers will continue to collect Flybuys points on their purchases in-store and online. Customers can scan and save with their card or app at Liquorland and at more than 20 other partners including Coles, Coles Express, Kmart and Bunnings. Customers can also get $10 off their in-store shop at Coles when they redeem 2,000 Flybuys points for $10 Flybuys dollars(*5). Flybuys also provides an option to auto-transfer to Velocity frequent flyer points and Flybuys points can be redeemed for a variety of travel rewards with Flybuys Travel. It’s free to join Australia’s favourite rewards program(*6).
