Lovehoney hires CampaignLab for public relations

Lovehoney has appointed CampaignLab to manage its PR and integrated campaigns for Australia.

The agency will collaborate with the in-house PR and marketing team and focus on strategic communications programs designed to normalise conversations around sex toys and sexual wellbeing.

“From the moment we received the brief, we knew Lovehoney was a brand we could achieve great things with. Their team shares our passion for creative, PR-led campaigns and we can’t wait to get started,” said CampaignLab director Andy Scales.

“From big campaigns and brand collaborations to strategic media relations our mission is to bring pillow talk out of the bedroom and into the mainstream.”

Lovehoney was founded in the UK in 2002 and has grown to be the market’s largest online sex toy retailer with operations in Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

Rob Godwin, Lovehoney Australasian director, said: “As a business, we are all about making our customers happy. It was important for us to find an agency that was as proud as we are about promoting and advocating a fun and fulfilling sex life.

“The team at CampaignLab got straight down to business from the get go, showcasing their creativity and ability to leverage trends, data and insights to drive conversations. We are looking forward to working with them on upcoming product launches and campaigns, bringing our mission to life.”
