New magazine Nourish to focus on healthy eating for busy professional women

A new bi-monthly magazine, Nourish, will launch on May 1 from Blitz Publications & Multi-Media Group , targeting professional women.

The title will be edited by Anji Bignel, who is moving across from sister title Australian Natural Health.

The magazine will be launched across print, phone, tablet and internet with the primary target of working women between the ages of 25 and 55. Content will include recipes, nutritional content of foods and eating plans.

The magazine will follow a mission statement of “Eat Well, Live Well, Be Well,” and will also have information from experts on combating specific health conditions. More than 60,000 copies of the issue to be distributed across Australia and New Zealand.

Readers of sister publications, Australian Natural Health and Women’s Health & Fitness, will also be given a taste of what’s to come, with 130,000 samplers of Nourish to be inserted in the forthcoming issues of each magazine.
