Man of Many appoints Rob Edwards as branded content writer

Man of Many has continued its expansion into digital publishing, appointing former Edelman senior editor and technical specialist, Rob Edwards, as branded content writer.

Mumbrella’s Publishing Brand of the Year and Men’s Lifestyle publication Man of Many, has continued its expansion in digital publishing with the appointment of former Edelman senior editor and technical specialist, Rob Edwards as branded content writer.

After years of honing his editorial skills across outlets like Australian T3, Official Nintendo Magazine and techradar, Edwards shifted to client services at Edelman. There, he worked with a broad range of brands, including tech titans Samsung, Google and Amazon. By combining these pools of expertise Edwards hopes he can help Man of Many continue to grow.

“I’ve been a Man of Many reader for a long time, so I’m very excited to join the team. This role presents a unique opportunity to use the skills I’ve developed over my time on both sides of the media fence, and I’m very much looking forward to helping the Man of Many team to build on their winning trajectory” Edwards said.

The new branded content writer appointment caps off an impressive period for Man of Many. The Sydney-based men’s lifestyle publication launched its E-Commerce Store last year and was recently recognised in a slew of industry awards winning Brand of the Year, Consumer Publication of the Year and Newsletter of the Year in the 2021 Mumbrella Publish Awards. Man of Many was also recognised in AFR’s Fast 100 Companies List in 2021, SmartCompany’s 2021 Smart50 and Smart50 Innovator Lists and most recently listed at #157 in The Financial Times List of High-Growth Companies Asia Pacific for 2022 as the highest-ranking Media Company in Australia to do so.

March 2022 saw record Australian Traffic for Man of Many with Unique Visitors up 5.36%, Pageviews up 14.61% and Average Session Duration up 10.04% on the prior month. Since launching in 2012, Man of Many has cemented an impressive list of clients, forming integral partnerships and completing major campaigns with brands such as The Balvenie, IWC, Longines, Samsung, Ben Sherman, Moncler and Tommy Hilfiger and many more.
