Management buyout at Kastner & Partners

Small independent creative shop Kastner & Partners, best known for its work for Red Bull, has been taken over by its Australian management team.

The management buyout will see the firm renamed O’Shea & O’Brien, or O&O after its managing director Kath O’Shea and executive creative director Ben O’Brien.

The firm will continue work with both Kastner & Partners International and has retained the Red Bull Australia account. Its other foundational clients include Air Niugini and the Centro Shopping Centre Group.
